Within 30 days of purchase, Warranty benefits are only for the first buyer who purchased the product from us.

Omazz® Mattress Warranty Terms

Omazz® offers a warranty on the internal construction of the mattress under some terms in order to provide long-term peace of mind and service excellence.

In case of manufacturing defects, the purchaser may contact our Customer Care department to request warranty service. A representative will be sent to inspect the product for any defects as claimed and proceed with repair if applicable.

What is covered under warranty:

  • Broken or damaged coils or springs due to normal use
  • Coils or springs that protrude or tear through the mattress fabric under normal use
  • Latex or foam materials inside the mattress that have been compromised by normal use

What is not covered under warranty:

  • Mattress cover (e.g., stains, dirt, or scorch marks)
  • Normal body impressions of less than 30 mm (3 cm)
  • Distorted or broken border wires or foundations as a result of improper handling or folding
  • Products sold "as-is," demonstration items, or issues involving bed height, personal comfort tolerance, or tight-fit bedding
  • Misuse or negligent damages
  • Structural breakdown as a result of the installation of an inappropriate bed base
  • Latex or foam surface cuts or tears
  • Size variation of up to 2 cm owing to handcrafted nature and natural expansion/contraction of material

 

Repair parts or materials: must not be readily available during servicing, Omazz® can replace with equivalent quality materials

Year 1 (from date of delivery): If a manufacturing fault is found, Omazz® will collect it and repair or replace the mattress free of charge.

After Year 2: There will be a collection and return fee of not less than 1,500 THB (depending on distance and area).
